Their Hegoxuri cuve is a rare and age worthy white made from a mix of local varieties: primarily Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng, and Petit Courbu, with some Iroulguy specific strains that make this wine unique even within its category. The 2023 vintage was grown biodynamically and fermented with native yeasts. The wine is aged in used
