Cade Winery Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain, 2022 4pk Beaujolais BLANCThis incredible bottle is made from 94% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Petit Verdot, 1% Malbec, and 1% Merlot, from the CADE estate vineyard, as well as the historic 13th Vineyard. Fruit was handpicked, destemmed, and hand sorted for the highest quality. A warm vintage lowered the usually high tannins you'd expect from Howell Mountain fruit, but the wine maintains its structure nicely.
